Evan Meeker has been an advocate for responsible and integral consumption of sustainable agave distillates for many years. He now has the honor and pleasure of representing the center of the country for Del Maguey Single Village Mezcal as one of their brand ambassadors. Since the age of 15 he has worked in hospitality, and has a deep passion for this industry and people that work within it. His education accolades include; recipient of the level 2 Sommelier Certification, recipient of the Certified Spirit Specialist, recipient of the Certified Specialist of Wine and is a graduate of the BAR 5 day program, one of the most highly regarded spirit education programs in the world. He has worked with Del Maguey for over 2 ½ years and is humbled and honored by the purity and integrity of this Mezcal and the families producing it in Oaxaca Mexico.
