Beginner Yoga for those interested in learning this transformative practice. Focus on alignment and breath connection, develop a practice for meditation, relaxation, and flexibility. The more you practice, the easier it gets. Join us every Tuesday at 4:30pm, 2nd floor of Fairgrinds Coffee Mid CIty. Space is very limited. 10 people max. Bring a mat, a towel, any props you need, i.e- blocks, straps, and a willing spirit. I will have a few props to borrow.
