Wednesday, August 30th, Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse is transforming itself into an indoor picnic, complete with Louisiana grass-fed beef from Gonsoulin Cattle Ranch. The Gonsoulin Family have been raising cattle outside New Iberia since 1770.
Our chefs from Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse, Palace Café, Bourbon House and Tableau will expertly prepare various cuts of beef to showcase their creativity. In true Dickie Brennan’s Steakhouse style, we will be using local ingredients, adding depth of flavor to each slice of beef. A Louisiana picnic would not be complete without libations. We will offer cocktails featuring Glenfiddich Whisky and Hendrick's Gin, Stella Artois Belgium Beer, and wine fit for a fancy downtown picnic.
Tickets include food, specialty cocktails, wine, beer, as well as non-alcoholic options. Additional beverages will be available for purchase. A portion of each ticket will benefit Edible School Yard a program of FirstLine Schools.
