Community Beginner Yoga class for those wishing to learn the basics of the vinyasa flow. We will go through each posture with emphasis on key alignment ques and apply these learnings to our personal practice and self development. You will learn the concept of pranayama (breathwork) and how to apply this breath into your practice. You will learn to transform your yoga practice into a moving meditation.
Please bring a mat, a water bottle, and friend. For Less than a Latte, you can indulge in a transformative experience that will last a lot longer than 20 mins.
